How can I can cancel my CorpNet subscription?
Properly file with the appropriate government agency the documents required to remove CorpNet and/or its affiliates as the Registered Agent for your business entity. To properly cancel the RA Service with CorpNet, you must provide proof that you have effectively removed CorpNet and its affiliates as your agent for service of process. Upon providing such proof, and upon your written request, CorpNet will terminate all subscriptions for RA Service for the entities and jurisdictions you would like to cancel and will stop accepting service of process on your behalf. In addition, all alerts for your RA Service shall cease, and we will no longer forward any service of process or other mail to your provided contact.
