Search by business ID
If you know what the business ID is you can search the database by this.
The search should result in a single record as the business ID is a unique identifier. It will be shown in a table displaying the entity name, DBA name, business ID, entity type, state of incorporation, sovereign, status and date of expiration.
Further information on the business can be viewed by clicking on the entity name which will provide a broad range of information such as formation date information, contact details and key representatives’ details. A full list of the information available is detailed in the search by entity name.
Search by officer or director name
They also offer a name search facility allowing you to search by officer or director allowing you to enter the first, middle and last name in separate fields.
The search results list all businesses that have that name listed in that specific role. The list displays the entity name, DBA name, business ID, entity type and status.
