Search by entity number
If you know the business’ entity number you can search the Utah database by this.
The results should list a single record as the entity number is unique to the business. The list displays the business name, status, type and city. You can see more information about the business by clicking on either text in blue – business name or details. This allows you to see all the publicly available information about the business such as address, registered agent details and key dates. Search by executive name
The Utah business database can be searched by executive name, but this search is charged a processing fee of $3. You can search by last name, multiple names, partial name or exact name.
