If you know the business ID number you can search for the business using this number.

The results should have a single record in the list as the business ID is a unique number. The list includes information about the business including business name, business ID, home state, previous name, business type, principal office address, registered agent name and status.

Search by filing number

You can also search the database by filing number if you know the filing number for any of the business documents.

A single record should be listed in the search results as the filing number is unique to the document. The list holds information about the business including business name, business ID, home state, previous name, business type, principal office address, registered agent name and status.

More details about the business can be viewed by clicking on the business name highlighted in blue text. Business records include further information such as key dates, historical business information and contact details plus more as detailed above in search by business name.

Search by registered agent name

The business search database can be searched by registered agent name and you can also select to view similar sounding names.

The search results will display the results of businesses that have an agent with the name searched. The list displays a range of information including business name, business ID, home state, previous name, business type, principal office address, registered agent name and status.

You can view more information about any of the businesses by clicking on the business name which is in blue text. The record includes information such as key dates, registered people in the business and businesses linked to the registered agent. How to register a business in New Hampshire?
