    Chris was the person I talked to. He talked down to me the whole entire time I was on the phone with him. I am not familiar with trusts and was clarifying what I needed to do, and he kept talking over me and saying he has been doing this a long time. I don’t recommend going to someone who talks to you like you’re clueless just because you’re not in their line of work.
